Eastern Zone Cross - Country

On the 13/9/11 Mangonui School went to Peria for the Eastern Zone Cross Country. They were up against schools from around our area like Oruaiti and Taipa. To make the finals ( which were to be held at Peria again on 15/9/11) you had to come in the top 10. Mangonui School did really well with 21 students going from our school which did not include all the kids that couldn't go because they were too young. 48 students all together were top 10 runners.
