Over this year a group of senior students have been designing pou (posts) to represent one of our three key kaupapa (Kaitiakai of Kind and Caring). These were finished and with a little help from Granotech Concrete placed along the first entrance to Mangonui School. These pou depict scenes of big children looking after smaller children. Its the way we want our school to function – Kind and Caring of Self, Others and the Environment.
